Key Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

• Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, metrics, and objectives for critical areas of the platform.
• Create and manage compelling product roadmaps derived from customer insights and strategic opportunities, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
• Clarify the rationale behind our priority initiatives by identifying significant challenges and collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to determine the features to be developed.
• Partner with leadership to embed and foster strong product management practices within the organization.
• Cultivate an environment that values feedback, inclusivity, and product excellence.

Required Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, program management, or a related field, demonstrating an ability to unify teams in building intricate systems that provide simple, intuitive user experiences.
• A readiness to engage with technical challenges, particularly those pertaining to distributed systems.
• Empathetic decision-making capabilities that consider diverse perspectives while leveraging data to build consensus.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to share information effectively with varied audiences.
• A customer-centric approach that focuses on building meaningful relationships to solve customer challenges efficiently.
• Bonus: Experience in delivering products associated with social media, advertising, e-commerce, or trust and safety.
