About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee client projects and deliverables, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, meet high-quality standards, and exceed client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in managing internal timelines and initiatives, ensuring the team operates efficiently and bottlenecks are resolved quickly. While this role focuses on managing processes and outcomes, you’ll occasionally contribute hands-on to project work when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Client Projects: Manage the timeliness and quality of all client deliverables, ensuring they meet expectations and align with Protocol Theory’s high standards.
• Manage Internal Projects: Develop and maintain timelines for internal initiatives, keeping team members accountable and resolving bottlenecks or roadblocks as they arise.
• Coordinate Teams: Collaborate across functions—research, marketing, and leadership—to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Optimize Workflows: Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
• Ensure Accountability: Hold team members to deadlines and quality benchmarks while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Contribute Hands-On: Step in to assist with project execution when required, maintaining momentum and achieving outcomes.
• Track & Report: Monitor progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and provide recommendations to keep projects on track.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms) and proficiency in managing remote teams.

Interest in Web3: Must have some knowledge and a genuine interest in crypto, digital assets and Web3 technology.
