Senior Project Manager Civil Aviation Wfh (Remote)

We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Aviation Project Manager to spearhead and oversee aviation-related projects, with a concentration on airside and landside design. In this pivotal role, you will manage all facets of project execution, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints while striving to meet and surpass client expectations. Collaboration with engineering teams will be essential to guarantee the delivery of exemplary design solutions and to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil aviation projects by applying project management protocols and practices.
• Define service scope, negotiate fees, and guide the team to ensure on-time project delivery within financial limits.
• Identify and communicate additional service requirements to clients, working to secure supplementary fees.
• Collaborate with project accountants to provide precise and timely invoicing and assist with collection efforts as necessary.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when necessary.
• Develop engineering solutions that align with client needs, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee deliverables meet established standards.
• Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering tasks.
• Assist in drafting scopes and budgets for new task orders or amendments.
• Lead design project teams for aviation-related airside and/or landside projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable codes, regulations, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to design personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing civil aviation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects of various sizes and complexities, including multi-disciplinary services.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
