Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security documentation and procedures across multiple systems to ensure compliance with government standards.
- Lead the execution of annual Security Control Assessments (SCAs) for approximately 63 systems, addressing any identified issues and facilitating assessments for new systems.
- Direct the Computer Security Incident Response Capability (CSIRC) operations around the clock, including analyst training and incident management involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Develop and sustain a Cyberthreat Dashboard to monitor and report on cyber threat activities.
- Establish and oversee security tools for the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC), focusing on vulnerability management and response capabilities.
- Continuously monitor network activities to identify and mitigate unauthorized actions.
- Ensure financial systems’ security and compliance, aligning with accounting standards and accessibility requirements.
- Provide support for various applications and databases, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and policies.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of technical experience, including at least 6 years in senior IT security roles; or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in senior positions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation certification is desired.
