Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the month-end close procedure for a designated group of clients.
- Analyze P&L statements to identify variances or irregularities and engage proactively with client teams to resolve issues.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Prepare initial drafts of financial statements and management reports for review by managerial staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and offer comprehensive support.
- Mentor and guide Staff Accountants and new team members.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to both clients and internal team members.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of comprehensive GL accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Previous experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting services.
- Experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud accounting software such as Sage Intacct or Restaurant365.
- A client-focused mentality with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Outstanding time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive demeanor and a genuine desire to assist others.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is essential.
- A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle GL accounting experience is required.
- Prior involvement in public accounting or outsourced accounting services is preferred.
- Background in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a significant plus.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from (75,000 to )95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, in addition to bonus potential.
