What you’ll do:
Be the Voice of the Customer: You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our product, gathering insights from customer interactions, sales feedback, partners, and customer success to improve our services continuously.
Content is King: You’ll own the development and execution of compelling content that drives our marketing and sales funnels. This includes creating engaging materials such as website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, sales presentations, and more.
Help Drive Customer Engagement: You’ll play a key role in developing compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of our products. You’ll also support customer communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints to drive customer interaction and build a thriving community.
Help our Sales Team: You’ll help enable our sales team with the knowledge and tools to communicate our product’s value proposition effectively. This involves creating sales enablement materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
Support local GTM Execution: Collaborate with product management and commercial teams to develop and execute local go-to-market materials for new product launches and features.
Champion our Products: Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and customer-friendly language that resonates with our target audience in all your content.
What you’ll bring:
SaaS Savvy: You’ll have a proven track record (1-2 years) in a B2B SaaS environment – Working student experience welcome!
Data-Driven Mindset: You can extract key insights from data and translate them into compelling stories and visualisations. You’ll use data to inform your content strategy and demonstrate the value of our products.
Content Creation Expertise: You’re a natural storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills, able to craft compelling content that captures attention and drives action.
Ownership Mentality: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and doesn’t shy away from challenges.
Collaborative Spirit: You’re a social person who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships.
Results-Oriented: You’re driven to achieve goals and make a tangible impact on the business.
Bonus Points: A solid understanding of Cybersecurity and fluency in English and German.
