Measures of success –
In three months:
- On boarded onto the key accounts with full induction/training into all of the other facets of the business such as trading, specialised services (internal and within GroupM).
- Built good relationships with your team and helped them deliver even better work
- Gained the trust and respect of the clients
In six months:
- Established yourself as a trusted advisor with designated clients, as reflected in formal client feedback/review
- Managed and delivered effective campaigns and showed strategic leadership
- Be able to identify opportunities to drive innovation and efficiencies for the client
In 12 months:
- Become an integral part of the core team and a valued member of the agency
- The proof of your success will be clients’ satisfaction and increasing business profit / commercial results
Responsibilities of the role:
- Taking client briefs and managing them through planning through to buying, delivery and execution, to post campaign reports and billing
- Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
- Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on media trends, issues, developments, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our client’s business
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
- Managing senior executive or executive to ensure their continued development
What you will need:
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a media or advertising agency
- Experienced in a client-facing role
- Comfortable on high profile accounts that require resilience and high EQ to effectively communicate to a multi-level client structure – local, regional and global
- Strong digital and performance background. Direct to consumer performance experience would be an advantage
- Analytical and evidence based, and calm under pressure
- Strong growth mindset or willing to learn a growth mindset to explore solutions and not just deliveries
- Organized, operationally efficient, and passionate about advertising
- Looking for a new challenge and a step up in your career
- A positive attitude can take guidance and be proactive
