Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive mutual growth and establish enduring partnerships.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to dealers aimed at enhancing their market performance and contract production.
  • Strategically identify and engage potential dealers to broaden your business network and expand territorial presence.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and competitor activities to provide dealers with informed insights.
  • Collaborate closely with dealers in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that attract new clients while retaining existing ones.
  • Achieve and surpass designated annual growth and profitability targets.
  • Oversee sales-related administrative tasks, including accurate reporting and expense management.
  • Travel frequently within your designated territory and other regions as needed, with occasional overnight stays.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance and Insurance (F&I) role within the powersports or automotive domain.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales management within the retail powersports or automotive industry.
  • Proven capability in building a robust prospect list, complemented by experience in networking and business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, allowing efficient management of multiple responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the powersports industry and its cultural context.
  • Experience in F&I, including effective menu selling and objection management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
