Designer (Remote)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance)

Salary: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year to be paid in digital currency (USDT/USDC)

TRON DAO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to craft compelling visual assets across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that align with TRON DAO’s brand identity while bringing innovative ideas to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing, events, and social media efforts through visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation:

• Design graphics for marketing campaigns, events, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Create static and dynamic content, including illustrations, banners, and infographics.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all design outputs align with TRON DAO’s brand guidelines.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of brand standards through consistent visual execution.

Project Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and events, to understand project goals and deliver creative assets accordingly.
• Provide design support for events, including event branding, promotional materials, and presentations.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
• Apply modern design principles to keep TRON DAO’s visuals fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in tech, blockchain, or a related industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects from digital to print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or 3D software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology or a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating digital assets for social media and event branding.
• Familiarity with animation, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
