Role Overview
As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will be instrumental in the planning, monitoring, and execution of project schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Develop, revise, and sustain project schedules in conjunction with the project team.
- Review and Communication: Execute thorough schedule evaluations to ensure compliance with best practices, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Comprehensive Planning: Engage in all aspects of the construction planning and scheduling process, from proposal schedules to baseline establishment and continuous updates.
- Collaboration: Participate in project meetings, particularly those centered on scheduling, to provide insights and resolve schedule-related issues.
- Contract Insights: Grasp the implications of construction contract terms on scheduling processes.
- Performance Measurement: Assist in tracking performance, analyzing schedule trends, and implementing corrective actions as warranted.
- Reporting: Create detailed scheduling management reports and offer resource-loaded schedules along with risk assessments.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize project drawings and specifications to develop precise schedules, ensuring project logic corresponds with all planned activities.
Qualifications
