Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to enhance originations and strengthen integration efforts.
- Identify essential success metrics for your accounts and collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of these initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partner origination performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to facilitate the onboarding of new partners.
- Re-negotiate commercial terms with existing partners as relationships progress and evolve.
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance, to meet business objectives.
- Spearhead the creation of new processes and continually refine existing ones to maximize the impact of the partnerships team.
Required Skills
- Proficient in engaging in constructive discussions with partners, promoting the company’s solutions while enhancing relationships and revenue potential.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on metrics to evaluate success.
- Excellent project management skills, adept at organizing and managing multiple partnerships and initiatives concurrently.
- Capable of leading meetings with external stakeholders, including sales training sessions, renegotiations of commercial terms, and quarterly business reviews.
- Skilled in establishing and achieving deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success manager or partner manager role within a finance and/or technology organization.
- Experience in Financial Services or a FinTech company is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable interacting with various levels of partner organizations, including Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Legal, and Product teams.
