Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our outbound demand generation initiatives in close collaboration with our sales team. In this strategic role, you will conceptualize and implement tailored campaigns aimed at engaging high-value accounts, generating pipeline, and driving revenue expansion. This role is ideally suited for a marketing professional who excels at merging strategy with execution, refining campaigns, and achieving quantifiable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-value accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Develop and execute personalized outbound campaigns tailored to target accounts and buyer personas.
- Manage cold email campaigns utilizing platforms such as Smartlead and HubSpot, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Partner with sales to create comprehensive multi-channel outreach strategies, including emails, messaging sequences, and sales collateral.
- Design templates, messaging, and enablement materials that bolster outbound sales initiatives.
- Work closely with content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure coherent messaging and flawless campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze outbound campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Persistently refine processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and overall impact.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, emphasizing outbound demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or sales enablement.
- Proven success in designing and executing outbound campaigns that effectively increase pipeline and revenue, particularly with enterprise or high-value accounts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar platforms, along with a solid understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Strong messaging and copywriting capabilities, with the aptitude to produce tailored content for both technical and business decision-makers.
- Experience in aligning sales and marketing strategies to achieve mutual goals.
- A data-driven mindset for tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Knowledge of ICP development, sales collateral creation, and effective account targeting strategies.

Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: (120,000-)150,000 (subject to adjustment based on qualifications, role level, and location). Individual salary will be determined by qualifications and location, in compliance with state laws regarding salary transparency.
