Responsibilities

3. Strategic Positioning: Align client accomplishments with program requirements, crafting a compelling business case that highlights their exceptional talent and contributions.
4. Narrative Development: Synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive narratives and supporting documentation that meet professional standards and resonate with evaluators.
5. Own the Process: Take full ownership of project workflows, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring accuracy, impact, and alignment with client goals.

Key Deliverables

As a Business Analyst, you will develop and deliver:

• Evidence Portfolios: Structured, formatted, and clearly explained documentation, supporting the client’s case with strong business arguments.
• Letters of Recommendation: Professionally crafted letters that highlight the client’s contributions and align with Talent Visa requirements.
• Personal Statements: Persuasive narratives akin to executive summaries, showcasing the client’s vision and achievements.
• Professional Resumes: Enhanced resumes tailored for high-impact presentation.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position requiring initiative, independent thinking, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight. You will not be handed fully structured inputs or specifications; instead, you will be expected to analyze, research, and generate insights to craft deliverables. Over time, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring your own team. Alternatively, you may choose to continue as an individual contributor—both paths are equally valued and supported.
