Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and strategic implementation of Remote Care Programs, collaborating with critical stakeholders including Field Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Professional Development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by establishing committees for the Remote Care Programs, guaranteeing that all procedures align with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telemedicine standards.
- Formulate and sustain processes for auditing, reporting, and collecting patient feedback to ensure top-notch care quality.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous support for center teams utilizing the programs, working with Professional Development to develop training materials and resources.
- Define best practice guidelines for program technologies, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for both clients and teams.
- Collaborate with Insurance Teams to uphold accurate coding, documentation, and reimbursement practices as per insurance expectations.
- Develop and oversee budgets for the programs, monitoring financial performance including costs, revenue, and ROI.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to broaden the telehealth program by introducing new services or expanding reach to new demographics or regions.

- Retail experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of pertinent experience is required.
- Availability for evening and weekend work, along with some travel commitments.
