Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a customer-centric strategy by leveraging deep empathy to enhance product offerings for high-net-worth individuals.
- Assume comprehensive ownership of the buyer experience across our website and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with luxury standards.
- Implement SEO and growth strategies to optimize website content, enhancing visibility and driving organic traffic.
- Innovate and elevate product features to create an exceptional journey for affluent clientele, from initial discovery through to purchase.
- Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing KPIs that will inform strategic enhancements.
- Collaborate across product design, development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver world-class product solutions through data-driven insights.
