We’re looking to hire a

UX/UI Design Project Manager (Contract)

for a Financial Services Organization.

• This is a 6 month contract role with the opportunity to extend.
• The role is fully remote working with a client in NYC/EST hours.
• 40 hours per week
• Hourly Pay: $45hr.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor task progress, track project milestones, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Use Airtable to track and manage the Sprint UAT log.
• Serve as the primary contact between producers and the UX Design Team for gathering project assets, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining project momentum.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Produce daily project status updates, weekly summary reports, and monthly achievement reports aligned with OKRs.
• Organize and schedule onboarding sessions and assist with access provisioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of experience in CMS.
• Deep understanding of the digital design experience in UI or UX Product Design.
• Expertise in Figma and Airtable.
• Experience working within Design Systems, familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADA.
• Experience working in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment
