Key Responsibilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution, or a minimum of 10 years of federal contract specialist experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in conducting quality management activities for government acquisitions; 5+ years in the development of acquisition policies and guidance.
  • Certifications: One or more of the following certifications is required: DAWIA Level III, FAC-C Level III, NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), or NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).
