Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Early Learning programs and team members, upholding the highest standards of service.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, volunteers, and community partners.
- Collaborate with local organizations to improve service quality and coordination for families and children.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide guidance and support for all aspects of the Early Learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, grant, accreditation standards, and Head Start Performance Standards.
- Develop work plans in collaboration with the Statewide Leadership Team to enhance program systems.
- Assist in the creation and execution of professional development opportunities for staff in conjunction with the Education Lead and Program Managers.
- Maintain meticulous records in line with grant and licensing obligations.
- Create reporting protocols for timely and accurate information dissemination to funders.
- Support the strategic development and oversight of program budgets, monitoring financial performance.
- Engage with stakeholders, including the Policy Council and Parent Committee, to evaluate program effectiveness on an annual basis.
- Uphold the organization’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively within a culturally diverse setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs as required by job functions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising teams, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant program management leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively, ensuring that all members feel valued and supported.
Qualifications
- In-depth experience with child and family development programs, emphasizing the development of contracts and community partnerships.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Family Development, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: (67,897 – )95,041, with a starting salary of (67,897 – )74,683, dependent upon experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including:
