Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead sales initiatives across Southern California and Nevada (excluding Reno), promoting our premier products and systems.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector, including installers, contractors, retailers, architects, and distributors.
- Provide exceptional support and training to professional installers, leveraging your expertise to address their inquiries.
- Collaborate with retailers and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Champion new and existing products through impactful demonstrations and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Generate leads through proactive job site visits and targeted prospecting efforts.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious sales objectives.
- Represent the organization professionally, maintaining a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience or a robust background in the building materials sector (tile, flooring, renovation, general contracting).
- Knowledge of flooring or tile installation systems is advantageous.
- Proficient presenter with the ability to effectively conduct product demonstrations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for handling both powered and non-powered tools, providing hands-on assistance.
- Technical expertise in architectural specifications and construction design elements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to travel (approximately 4 days per week, including overnight stays).
- Highly motivated, customer-centric individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in navigating essential software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a willingness to travel throughout the designated territory.

- Proven success in sales and relationship-building within the building materials industry, ideally with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations and training sessions.
