Job Overview
Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Sales Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for both our organization and our valued clients. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically target and engage enterprise-level prospects within a defined geographic area.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in IT and Finance.
- Participate in networking events to establish connections with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
- Lead discussions to uncover gaps in client solutions and propose tailored offerings.
- Organize lunch-and-learn sessions to educate prospects about our innovative capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to formulate impactful proposals and statements of work.
- Work closely with leadership and clients to negotiate and secure mutually beneficial deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, guiding them through the stages of origination, negotiation, and closure.
- Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize expertise in Networking, Managed Services, Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and Intelligent Automation to craft solutions for enterprise clients.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships within enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating value propositions and differentiating our offerings.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive proposals and client business cases.
- An energetic and outgoing personality with a propensity for identifying new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the realm of enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with networking, managed services, and IT solutions, along with experience working with large enterprises such as Cisco, Broadcom, and AT&T.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
