We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Marketing Campaign Lead to join our team. In this role your main responsibility will be developing and executing outbound lead generation campaigns to support sales and marketing revenue targets.
Primary Job Function
- Design and implement outbound lead generation campaigns targeting plumbing businesses in the home service industry.
- Build cross-channel touchpoints including email, display, and call scripts within marketing automation platforms
- Develop compelling copy for email outreach and nurture sequences, call and voicemail scripts, and display ads.
- Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and aligns with overall brand voice and objectives.
- Segment audience lists based on industry and behavioral data, including intent signals.
- Use data collection tools to gather, analyze, and segment prospective customers, ensuring campaigns reach the highest-intent prospects.
- Work closely with SDRs and marketing teams to optimize outreach based on feedback, prospect objections, and observed trends.
- Regularly collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with product updates and client needs.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some nights, and weekends.
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $45.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience.

The Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a marketing or consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Dynamics, Marketo), data collection tools (ZoomInfo), and reporting analytics.
- Experience developing sales and lead gen messaging in a variety of channels (email, phone, online ads, etc.)
- Proven ability to work cross-departmentally with sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
