About the role
Full time permanent position, based in North Ryde, NSW. If you?re someone with an outgoing, can-do attitude, strong admin skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to join our team and make an impact.
Reporting directly to the National Manager Fundraising and Events, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and supporter care, managing inbound and outbound communications through phone, SMS, social media, and event registrations
- Supporting the Campaigns Specialist to create dynamic content across our platforms including social media, web blogs, eDM campaigns, and publications
- Exploring ways to continuously improve future campaigns
- Propose innovative strategies to engage new and existing fundraising supporters and donors
- Fostering positive relationships internally and externally
- Supporting on various weekends during event seasons (compensatory bonuses provided) roughly 6-10 weekends per annum

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Minimum 1-2 years? experience in customer service and/or customer support role.
- Embraces individual and cultural differences through genuine, courteous behaviours.
- Has strong moral principles and holds yourself and others to high standards of accountability.
- Builds, fosters and sustains relationships (internally and externally).
- Understands and uses technology efficiently (Proficient in MS Office Suite).
- Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising would be highly regarded.
