Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Dashboards:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of performance analysis dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Project Management:

• Manage internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain and update the company calendar to track project timelines and milestones.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and business analysts to identify and implement process improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Process Development:

• Lead process development across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure a productive operational environment by implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
• Manage and guide the business operations team to achieve departmental goals.

Change Management:

• Drive change management initiatives, including the adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
• Plan for scalability by adjusting workflows and systems to support business growth.

Budget Management:

• Oversee budget management for business operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Project).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in change management and process development.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
