What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, financials, issues, risks, and communications
• Provide leadership and guidance through day-to-day project activities and client interactions
• Develop the Project Management organization’s capabilities through best practices and team education
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering on promises and addressing needs
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster growth and engagement according to development plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Over four (4) years of Project Management experience with Salesforce.com
• Minimum of five (5) years managing medium-scale technology projects
• Proven experience in defining project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans
• Strong command of the SDLC methodology and attention to detail
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in delivering projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative/Incremental)
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• Experience in the application of industry best practices for project management
• Familiarity with management reporting and data-driven insights
• Certification in CAPM, PMP, CSM, SSBB, or equivalent
