Position: Performance Marketing Manager
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead our global paid media efforts, emphasizing platforms such as Google Ads and various Paid Social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and enhancing revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate insights from organic social, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives into a unified strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute global marketing campaigns across Google and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Twitter/X).
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns and enhance performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for acquisition channels to refine existing campaigns and formulate data-driven strategies.
- Ensure timely asset uploads, report on campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Assess return on investment (ROI), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion volumes to manage budgets efficiently.
- Utilize persona-based targeting to customize campaigns according to specific product and audience requirements.
- Uphold compliance with legal advertising standards and ensure all content is properly reviewed.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify new advertising opportunities and develop platform-specific optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
- Leverage your B2C marketing expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with agency experience considered a plus.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A solid understanding of CRM strategies, media planning, social media execution, programmatic buying, and digital placements.
- Exposure to traditional media, including print, radio, outdoor, and TV advertising, is a bonus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite tools.

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-Time, Remote position.
- Competitive salary range of (90,000 to )130,000, commensurate with experience.
- Total compensation includes equity options, bonus programs, and comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
