Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and stimulate business expansion.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to meet performance benchmarks.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content, digital initiatives, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and client retention.
- Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate to ensure adherence to best practices in sales and marketing processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and forecasts to senior leadership, offering insights for ongoing improvement.
- Lead branding efforts to enhance visibility and reputation in the cybersecurity domain.
- Manage partnerships and sponsorships to align with strategic objectives and bolster market positioning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
- Strong leadership abilities, with effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with various sales management frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Sandler).
- Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Skilled in analyzing market trends and deriving actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams utilizing sales management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in developing effective sales strategies and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong background in sales operations and training development.
