Export Manager Nordics Commercial And Industrial | PRAMAC | Italy
The Export Manager candidate, directly reporting to the C&I Sales Director Italy & Nordics, will be a professional with knowledge in both the products and marketing skill in the Commercial and Industrial market sector (e.g. Critical infrastructure, Telecommunication, Hospitals, Data Center..).
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the industrial sector and has a proven experience selling capital goods with the main costumer in the above mentioned countries.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities;
- Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors, proposing and developing new partnerships;
- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brand conducting webinar and presentations;
- Tracks markets needs and trends;
- Researches and identifies new markets, customers and partners;
- Has a solid understanding of the overall business with the main costumers. Evaluates situations objectively and demonstrates the ability to make decisions that are intended to have a positive impact on sales performance and the total business.
- Travels to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations;
- Fulfills requests for proposals from potential partners and customers;
- Success in this role is defined by driving significant step to improve the sales and profitability of the C&I business in the Nordics. This will be measured by ongoing improvements in sales revenues and gross margins.
Background experience and competences required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably Business or Engineering);
- At least 7 years’ experience of sales management (i.e. generators and battery storage solutions);
- EV Charging market knowledge would be preferred;
- Demonstrated relentless drive and determination to achieve success;
- Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines and geographies;
- Negotiation skills;
- Self-starter with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude: good problem solving skills;
- Ability to work with different teams and department across the countries (R&D, Application Engineering team…);
- Results oriented with ability to react to situations with a sense of urgency and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment;
- Used to work under challenging situations;
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
