Job Overview:

The Content Marketing Executive will oversee the execution of content marketing strategies, working closely with our in-house copywriters to ensure timely and efficient content creation and publication.

You will be responsible for managing content across multiple platforms, optimizing content for SEO, and identifying new opportunities to enhance our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Manage the content calendar and ensure that all content produced by the Copywriters is scheduled for timely publishing on all relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the broader marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure content is properly formatted and ready for publication across WordPress, Framer, or WebFlow.

SEO Management:

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the visibility of content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize existing content to improve its performance in search engines.

Content Marketing Strategy:

  • Identify new content opportunities and trends in the healthcare and insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with the content team to generate new ideas that align with our target audience and business objectives.
  • Scout online content marketing opportunities such as guest posting, backlinking, and social media cross-promotions.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) and make recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Provide guidance to the copywriting team, ensuring that content quality, tone, and style meet the company’s standards.
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and business goals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in content marketing or content creation, with a strong portfolio of written and published work.
  • At least 2 years of experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Framer, or WebFlow.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, particularly in healthcare or insurance sectors, is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data to improve content performance.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and how content can be leveraged for brand awareness and lead generation.
