Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Data Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions, leveraging Azure’s cloud services for data integration, machine learning, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies, with a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI and Machine Learning Development 

  – Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and workflows using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) services. 

  – Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to meet specific business needs. 

  – Monitor and optimize AI model performance and accuracy. 

2. Data Engineering and Integration 

  – Develop and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks. 

  – Ensure seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage in Azure Data Lake or SQL databases. 

  – Collaborate with data engineers and architects to integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructure. 

3. Cloud Infrastructure Management 

  – Set up and manage scalable Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and Blob Storage. 

  – Implement best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost optimization. 

  – Maintain and document workflows, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. 

4. Analytics and Insights 

  – Utilize Azure Cognitive Services for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or speech recognition tasks. 

  – Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or other visualization tools to present insights derived from AI models. 

  – Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions. 

5. Collaboration and Support 

  – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business analysts. 

  – Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders for AI-driven projects. 

  – Stay updated on advancements in AI and Azure services to recommend innovative solutions. 

Qualifications: 

– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. 

– Experience: 

 – Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment, particularly using Azure. 

 – Proficiency with tools such as Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks. 

 – Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in AI/ML. 

– Skills: 

 – Expertise in data engineering and integration techniques. 

 – Strong knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, Azure DevOps, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

 – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

 – Familiarity with Power BI and other visualization tools is a plus.
