Were currently looking for an experienced business development executive who can work with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advertising and digital, a strong understanding of the market that can boost revenue and set our company apart. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: o Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities. o Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth. 2. Client Acquisition: o Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives and advertising needs. o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business. 3. Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. o Act as the main point of contact for new clients during the on boarding process. 4. Sales & Market Analysis: o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. o Market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local market dynamics and business practices Proven track record of sales and revenue growth. Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital and traditional media.
