Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly digital products that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines across projects.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience with tools like InVision, Axure, or other prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design for inclusivity.
