Your Days Will Be Filled By

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other experimental channels, focusing on maximizing ROAS.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage data and insights to create targeted audience segments that align with Praktika’s user base, adjusting targeting strategies as needed to capture high-quality leads.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize platform insights and analytics tools to make informed decisions, adjusting campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes on Meta and TikTok, adapting strategies proactively to maintain competitive advantage.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize budget allocations across campaigns to maximize impact and efficiency, maintaining focus on cost-effective growth.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful ad content tailored to each platform, ensuring relevance and resonance with our target audience.
• Optimization & Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve best-in-class performance metrics, including CPA, CTR, and ROI.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta and TikTok.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative and growth teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to make strategic marketing decisions.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven success in optimizing campaigns to drive CPA, ROI, and user acquisition.
