What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as program manager coordinating multidisciplinary technology consulting services across multiple projects
• Monitor and track project progress, compiling reports with multi-project analysis and forecasts
• Ensure adherence to internal processes while assisting with client billing and revenue forecasting
• Create and manage project schedules, identifying deliverables and communicating milestones to the design team
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs and ensuring project success

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience managing AV/IT projects, preferably as an independent consultant
• Four-year degree in a relevant technical field (BSCM)
• PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Strong understanding of commercial/institutional design and construction concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing projects with a budget of $2 to $5 million
• Background in multi-year deployments and international project experience
• Familiarity with commercial low voltage technology systems
• Suitable environment for audio and video calls
