Location: Remote with travel across UK/EU markets

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Growth: Build strong client relationships, delivering advanced analytics tools that unlock revenue potential and drive mutual success.
• Leading Innovation: Spearhead multiple analytics projects, creating impactful solutions that align with business needs and market trends.
• Building Capability: Mentor and guide our data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Optimising Performance: Develop models, tools, and dashboards that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating Globally: Align analytics strategies across European markets, working closely with key stakeholders and partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven leadership in analytics, with a history of delivering successful projects that drive business value.
• Skills: Expertise in predictive modelling, business intelligence, and data visualisation, paired with strong commercial acumen.
• Leadership: A motivational leader who thrives on collaboration and developing talent.
• Client-Centric: Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that deliver client value.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with field marketing operations and a deep understanding of market trends.
• Experience in field marketing and understanding market trends.
• Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English, with another European language (e.g., Spanish, French, or German) preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Machine Learning, AI, and decision intelligence.
• Tools: Alteryx, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Databricks, BigQuery, and AutoML.
• Knowledge of MLOps/DataOps for streamlined deployment.
