What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage project tasks for team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create project deliverables, including scope and requirements
• Gather and document project requirements for internal and external use
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to relevant personnel
• Monitor project tasks and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring adherence to standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required, preferably in business, computer science, or related field
• Minimum three years of project management experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and applications
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, and Smartsheet is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in a banking or technology environment preferred
• Familiarity with updating SharePoint sites is preferred
• Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
• Experience conducting group presentations and meetings
