Ecommerce Inventory And Operations Manager (Remote)

Halo is seeking a dynamic and energetic Ecommerce Inventory and Operations Manager to coordinate inventory and other operations across our DTC and retail partners. The role includes supply chain management across multiple current partners including Amazon, Walmart, Chewy and Best Buy, our DTC channel and any new partners we may add. The ideal candidate will have experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred), working with 3PL’s and/or drop-ship set-ups and/or FBA experience. As part of the Operations team the role also has responsibility for liaising with the Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping all Inventory in the ERP update by making necessary adjustments
• E-Commerce order management with multiple warehouses – detecting and correcting issues when found
• Processing RMA orders with retail clients
• Collaborate with Customer Service on order escalations – lost, late, undeliverable, etc
• Ensure returns are completed from our B2B partner sites
• Ensure drop-ship orders are processed for our B2B partner sites
• Ensure bulk shipments are made for B2B fulfillment centers
• Process Amazon FBA shipments from our warehouse into Amazon DCs from start to finish
• Process Fed-Ex claims
• Liaison between Customer Service and the Operations team
• Liaison between Customer Service and the warehouses
• Assist warehouses with any Customer Service questions
• Assist warehouses with order issues and address corrections
• Inventory adjustment assistance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience at a retailer or DTC ecommerce company, at least 1 year of experience working with Amazon FBA preferred but not required
• Experience managing inventory in ERP, NetSuite preferred by not required
• Knowledge of the eCommerce business model – fulfillment, shipping, customer service, etc
• Understanding of inventory Management best practices – 3PL, DTC and retail
• Passionate about Retail & eCommerce

• Comfortable with ambiguous situations and evolution
