Job Overview
We are thrilled to introduce an exceptional opportunity for a Lobby Ambassador to become an integral part of our esteemed hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in elevating the experience of office tenants by managing various amenities and delivering unparalleled hospitality services. Your contributions will be essential to our long-term vision, with a strong focus on achieving an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet tenants warmly by name upon their arrival and departure, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Manage our visitor management system effectively to ensure guests are pre-registered and seamlessly guided to their destinations.
- Engage in daily operations meetings, proactively preparing for scheduled events and arrivals.
- Organize and deliver tenant packages and courier services in a timely manner.
- Acquire and retain knowledge about frequently asked questions regarding the building’s history, amenities, and local offerings to assist tenants confidently.
- Act as the primary contact for all lobby activities and emergencies, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment, reporting facility or IT issues through appropriate channels.
- Keep an accurate log of tenant preferences and collaborate with the hospitality team to maintain it daily.
- Embody our core values and service principles in every interaction with tenants, guests, landlords, third-party service providers, and vendors.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, inclusive of positions such as valet, doorman, front desk, or reception services.
- Strong computer skills for the effective management of various hospitality tools and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to connect with others.
