The Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist in the Colombian market passionate about working with people, developing careers, and driving organizational success; this opportunity is for you!

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Recruiting, HR Generalist, or Talent Management roles within the IT sector
  • Knowledgeable in IT capabilities and competencies, with a strong grasp of technologies, programming languages, and frameworks
  • Skilled in budget management
  • Exceptional in analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Capable of critical thinking
  • Service-oriented with a highly responsive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A professional with well-developed interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Support Employees: guide career management, ensure job satisfaction, foster skills development, manage internal projects, and plan future assignments
  • Act as a Line Manager for employees in the company’s internal reserve
  • Analyze the quality and quantity of specialists in the reserve, make hiring decisions, manage task assignments and compensation, and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Manage career paths, feedback, goals, and rotations
  • Identify and arrange retraining for new or growing competencies
  • Participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions, including apprenticeships
  • Investigate, create, and implement best practices to accelerate staffing processes
  • Analyze talent pool data and local IT market trends
  • Drive internal mobility processes, such as promotions and project changes
