About The Role
As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of essential products and services with customers. You will be the primary point of contact for valued partners, driving seamless project execution. Exceptional communication skills will be necessary as you collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, while exceeding the needs and expectations of users.

What You’ll Do
– Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for partners during their initial deployments. Instill confidence and trust in partners and team, drive on-time implementations with high NPS, and ensure successful transition from pilots to full enterprise partnerships.
– Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
– Accountable for leading through each project phase including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
– Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required.
– Set the standard for exceptional communication. Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of project progress and potential issues in a timely and transparent manner.
– Drive progress by pushing goals forward with partners and internal teams.
– Collaborate with support and operational management to identify and implement process and tool improvements in a dynamic and growing environment.
– Participate in creating repeatable processes that will scale with the increasing number of concurrent implementations supported by the team.
To be successful in this role, you
– Have a proven track record of successfully driving healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.
– Excel at communication and can synthesize information concisely.
– Are extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
– Work with speed and are results-driven, seeking continuous improvement and efficiency. The role requires rapid decision-making, quick execution, and an unwavering commitment to precision and quality in every aspect of implementation.
– Build strong relationships with various stakeholders at partner sites to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
– Utilize data to tell a story about pilot performance and inform tactical plans for ensuring pilot success.
– Possess the ability to recognize early warning signs and escalate concerns with proposed solutions.
– Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness with strong problem-solving skills, tactful conflict resolution abilities, and a bias for action.
– Bring 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software deployment and implementation in B2B settings.
Ideally, you have
– Experience implementing electronic record systems (Epic experience is a definite plus).
– Familiarity with systems requiring strict adherence to privacy and security protocols.
– Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
**Must be willing to travel up to 20%**
