What will you do?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation and a strong background in SaaS marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract high-quality leads across multiple channels, including email automation, social media, content marketing, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to attract and nurture B2B leads (companies hiring remotely)
- Identify target markets and personas to optimize lead generation campaigns
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using automation tools to convert leads into customers
- Monitor and optimize email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Social Media Engagement:
- Create and manage targeted social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and nurture potential leads
Content Marketing:
- Develop compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and infographics to drive traffic and conversions
- Work with internal or external content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Coordinate with design and product teams to create impactful campaigns
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Continuously test and refine strategies based on data insights
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably within SaaS companies
- Proven track record of lead generation and achieving measurable results
Skills:
- Expertise in email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo, Marketo, Mailchimp) and automation
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices
