Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee strategies and timelines for local and regional events.
- Collaborate with local leaders to support and enhance community events.
- Advocate for our Ambassadors and Advocates programs.
- Deliver global support encompassing sponsorship, registration, and engagement for events.
- Manage comprehensive promotion and communication efforts throughout the event lifecycle.
- Assess and report on event outcomes to measure success.
- Integrate educational components into events and member benefit initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with influencers and affiliates to drive growth.
- Employ marketing technology tools to analyze content performance, ideally proficient in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Ensure compliance with branding and event protocols, assisting local organizers as needed.
- Aid our Alliances program by engaging current members and seeking new partnerships.
- Partner with various stakeholders, external agencies, and teams to refine event messaging and content strategies.
- Conduct relevant market analyses to inform strategies.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 8 years of advancing marketing experience in technical settings.
- In-depth understanding of microprocessors and associated industry applications.
- Proven experience in Developer Advocacy and community-driven technical events.
- Strong skills in global relationship management and partner marketing.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience energizing external communities around complex technical topics.
- Demonstrated success in campaigns aimed at developers.
- Familiarity with contemporary marketing software.
Qualifications
- 8 years of progressive marketing experience in technical environments is essential.
- A strong grasp of both microprocessors and their industry applications.
- Experience in Developer Advocacy, local and regional technical events, along with community building.
- Adept at building global relationships and executing partner marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to engage and positively influence multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with energizing external communities on intricate technical subjects.
- Successful track record in campaigns designed for a developer audience.
- Proficiency in modern marketing technology is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Open Source projects and communities is advantageous.
- An advanced degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with video marketing techniques.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of (132,000 – )137,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including excellent healthcare options, unlimited paid time off, a 100% 401(k) match up to $18,000, and profit-sharing.
