Job Description

Togwe Private Limited is looking for an innovative and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Fantasy Sports and Gaming Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences in the gaming industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fantasy Sports and Gaming Platform.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements that align with business goals.

Product Development

• Work closely with the design and engineering teams to create user-centric, high-quality product features.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Ensure timely and successful product releases by managing the product development lifecycle.

User Experience and Customer Focus

• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and improve the platform’s usability.
• Monitor user engagement metrics and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to all product decisions.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and resolve any roadblocks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and derive actionable insights.
• Test and optimize features based on data-driven hypotheses.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the gaming or tech industry (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of the fantasy sports ecosystem and gaming industry trends.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and collaboration software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
