What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

• Experience in user-centered design, with the ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure design consistency across different platforms.

• A degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience as a Product Designer or a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

• Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or Adobe XD.

• Understanding of branding and visual identity design.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

• A curiosity for exploring and adopting new design tools and methods.
