We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This remote position will focus on managing a portfolio of high-value accounts while serving as the primary liaison between our esteemed clients’ upper management and our organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting our suite of products and services, cultivating strategic relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for upper management at client organizations, fostering strong working relationships to fully understand their goals and needs.
- Oversee daily and weekly functional activities to ensure robust cross-functional relationships and empower clients with comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings.
- Proactively tackle any customer satisfaction issues and organize regular meetings to gauge satisfaction across all levels of the client organization.
- Create and sustain a Customer Relationship Scorecard to evaluate performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with Product Management to identify and communicate upcoming product and service opportunities.
- Formulate and maintain an annual account strategy for each client, projecting business growth and defining dependencies and contributions required from our company.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster accountability within account teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with executive-level management.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage complex objectives and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with technical tools essential for managing client relationships.
- Background in project planning and management.
- Knowledge of the POS-Kiosk or restaurant industry is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or account management, with a proven track record in key account management.
- Experience engaging with Fortune 1000 companies is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity software and sales force automation tools is essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Expected base salary range: (100,000-)135,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission and bonus potential.
- Equity: Eligibility to participate in our Stock Option Plan for U.S. employees.
