Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute an innovative Enterprise Customer Marketing strategy, which includes research, planning, content development, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to synchronize and enhance Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Create tailored messaging and content for designated personas and industry sectors.
- Initiate data-driven marketing campaigns utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and case studies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Establish tracking mechanisms, evaluate campaign performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements, audience profiles, and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Customer Marketing, particularly in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technologies (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Ability to design and implement customized communication strategies for diverse personas and industry verticals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (an advanced degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Customer Marketing, specifically in enterprise sales.
- A proven history of executing successful multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of (162,500-)210,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
