WordPress Developer (Remote)

Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 Years

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end WordPress development and a strong understanding of design and user experience (UI/UX). You will play a key role in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, collaborating closely with designers and marketing teams to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development (Front-end and Back-end):

• Design and implement new features and functionality in WordPress.
• Develop custom WordPress websites based on project requirements.
• Ensure the back-end structure (PHP, MySQL) supports front-end performance and functionality.

Back-end Development:

• Build and maintain the server-side architecture of websites.
• Develop and integrate APIs for seamless functionality.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement caching and other optimization techniques for scalable websites.

Design and UI/UX Collaboration:

• Create Figma designs using responsive and visually appealing WordPress themes.
• Ensure websites adhere to modern UI/UX principles and industry standards.

Website Optimization:

• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.

SEO Integration:

• Implement on-page SEO best practices in website structure and development.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and adherence to project specifications.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure security and functionality.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the content, and marketing teams to align website functionality with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Experience: Minimum 4 years in WordPress development with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of server-side architecture and database management.
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs and custom back-end functionality.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack or Gulp.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Optimization: Expertise in website performance optimization, caching techniques, and CDN integration.

Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Elementor
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Role – Full Time (8 Hours a day)

Salary – $350-$500 per month (Depending upon the expertise and skills)
