Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Resource Management
- Sets daily priorities and assign tasks and projects to all team leaders.
- Monitors and provides periodic status updates on each project to Payroll Manager.
- Monitors performance and develops team members to ensure consistent, effective and efficient processes are identified, understood and adhered to.
- Prepares and delivers associate quarterly and annual performance reviews, including creating performance metrics for each performance objective.
- Follows department procedures when consulting with internal peer groups and business representatives to provide accurate resource allocation for projects.
- Conducts employment interviews, provided input on hiring decisions and participates in corrective action and termination discussions and decisions.
- Workload/Project Management
- Provides subject matter expertise on matters pertaining to payroll management and processing.
- Assists with development and management of project work plans and resources, including estimating project hours and resource requirements.
- Develops status reports and updates management with progress as necessary.
- Financial/Budget Management
- Assists in developing and managing budgets f
