Job Summary :

The SDE-III role is a senior-level position in the Web Development team under Operations, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while contributing to key technical tasks. This includes architecting, designing, and implementing robust web solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring software quality through testing. The role also involves project management, solving complex technical challenges, and staying updated with industry trends to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

– Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure project goals are met effectively.

– Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

– Software Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web solutions that align with project requirements and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications :
