Senior Project Manager Certified In Workday (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Certified Project Manager to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective management of multiple Workday implementation projects, guaranteeing the timely and budget-compliant delivery of project milestones. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and collaborate with fellow project managers will be essential for the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of various simultaneous projects, ensuring all key deliverables, such as charters and governance plans, are met.
• Collaborate effectively with client project managers to address any project-related challenges that may influence scope or timelines.
• Leverage your expertise in the Workday product suite, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials, to foresee potential obstacles and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Engage in the sales cycle as needed, working closely with prospective clients to comprehend their requirements and contribute to project proposals.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices, ensuring their satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and scopes efficiently, presenting change orders as necessary when project parameters shift.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship within the team, serving as a role model for professional development.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations for medium to large enterprise clients.
• Current Workday certifications (HCM, Payroll, or Financials) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business disciplines such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, or Financials is expected.
• Proven experience in a consulting role, either internally or with a consulting/software firm, is greatly valued.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in business development or service sales would be advantageous, as would a comprehensive understanding of both functional and technical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience managing Workday implementations.
• Current Workday certifications are preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: (125,000 to )185,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus.
