Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create and distribute original and captivating content (images, short-form videos) 3-5 times a week across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with R&D, creative teams, and agencies to generate striking, on-brand visuals and assets.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay attuned to emerging social media and cultural trends, sharing insights with the marketing team to ensure our content remains relevant and captivating.

Community Engagement

  • Follower Interaction: Oversee and engage with followers, influencers, and consumers, responding to comments and inquiries to maintain our brand’s voice and quality standards.
  • Paid Strategy Support: Assist in developing paid social strategies that effectively align with our brand objectives and resonate with our audience.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate social media KPIs through platform insights and analytics tools, making informed adjustments to drive growth and engagement.
  • Insights Presentation: Communicate social media performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders to refine and enhance content strategies.

Required Skills

Qualifications
