Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create and distribute original and captivating content (images, short-form videos) 3-5 times a week across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with R&D, creative teams, and agencies to generate striking, on-brand visuals and assets.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay attuned to emerging social media and cultural trends, sharing insights with the marketing team to ensure our content remains relevant and captivating.
Community Engagement
- Follower Interaction: Oversee and engage with followers, influencers, and consumers, responding to comments and inquiries to maintain our brand’s voice and quality standards.
- Paid Strategy Support: Assist in developing paid social strategies that effectively align with our brand objectives and resonate with our audience.
Analytics And Reporting
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate social media KPIs through platform insights and analytics tools, making informed adjustments to drive growth and engagement.
- Insights Presentation: Communicate social media performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders to refine and enhance content strategies.
Required Skills
- Social Media Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of best practices and trends across various social media platforms.
- Content Creation Skills: Expertise in developing and editing compelling social media and video content that engages audiences.

Qualifications
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, with proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
